To minimize the time our products spend in transit, our default shipping option is second-day air; overnight shipping is available for an additional charge. To ensure our products arrive in optimal condition, shipments, including fresh sausage or other highly perishable product, generally go out only Monday through Wednesday. Orders received Wednesday through Sunday will ship the following week. Federal Express will only ship to street addresses and will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and that Butcher & the Boar cannot be responsible for product spoilage due to a delivery not being received or stored properly. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders.
