2013 Charlie Awards Winner: Outstanding Restaurant

Winning awards was never what we set out to do when B&TB opened. Providing the best possible service and experience while offering up some of what we hope is the tastiest food and drink you’ve ever had has always been our paramount goal. That said, when it comes around to awards like the Charlies, it’s a particularly proud moment to be recognized because it’s both a public and peer review. Thank you everyone who rallied behind us and helped us to win the 2013 Charlie Awards “Outstanding Restaurant”.

City Pages Iron Fork 2013 winners: Chef Jack Riebel and Sous Chef Brendan McDonald

Last night was a fantastic one filled with all sorts and forms of entertainment. Benefitting from the night’s proceeds and raised awareness was an even better cause. With talent in no short supply the competition was fierce and focused. All said, Chef Jack and his Sous Chef “Junior” were completely in the zone the whole time (even taking a break 19 minutes from the end to grab a beer and clean their area). Congrats to these guys and everyone who competed. Till next year! (City Pages recap here. For more photos, check back next week here.)
